About Me

Dr. LeJoia is a woman of many trades: an educator, author, mentor, radio host, among other things.  Dr. Lejoia I. VanHook’s education consists of a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University; a Master of Arts degree in Training and Development; and an earned doctorate in Organizational Leadership.  She released her first book “Operation Save Our Pastors” in June 2018.  Dr. LeJoia has been an educator (teacher and Assistant Principal) since 2013 in inner-city schools in the state of Tennessee.  Her accomplishments thus far includes: successfully earned one of her schools the Tennessee STEM Designation and Tennessee Blue Ribbon awards; received the Black 40 under 40 Nashville award in 2021; nominated for the Women who Rock Nashville award in 2022. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Dr. LeJoia currently has her own internet radio show entitled the “Millennial in the Morning Show” on DAF Gospel Radio.  Finally, Dr. LeJoia released her second book entitled “The Frustrated Wait”, which chronicles her mental health experience and spiritual frustration throughout the pandemic.  Her ultimate goal is to offer concierge services to all leaders with building and restructuring their teams to operate in excellence where there is a need in all organizations.
